This program provides birth control counseling, contraceptives, pregnancy testing, gynecological care, and referral for colposcopy services to women of childbearing age. Family Planning clinic is offered on Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm by appointment only.

Provides environmental case management and in-home education with the aim of reducing the impact of lead poisoning and asthma on low-income children. Education, care coordination, Lead testing by appt. (with a current doctors order) and home-visiting services available. Hours are Monday-Friday 8-430pm. This program also includes immunization services for children. Immunization Clinics are on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, from 8-4. Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins will be accepted. For more information, please contact Ashlea Foxwell, RN at 410-901-8157.
Case management for Children with Special Health Care Needs
This program provides registered nurse case management for children with special health care needs by securing services and resources for them and serving as the liaison for home, school, physician, and other agencies/programs.
Referrals are accepted from physicians, schools, parents, etc.
There is NO fee for this service.

Women, Infants, & Children (WIC)
This program is for pregnant women, women who are breastfeeding, infants, and children under the age of 5 years old. This program is NOT offered as part of the Health Department programs.
