Dorchester County COVID-19 Information

For all COVID-19 inquiries, such as scheduling an appointment for testing or vaccination, please call our new COVID-19 satellite office at 410-228-0235.

Pre-register online or call 410-228-0235 to schedule an appointment for the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine at the Dorchester County Health Department. For information about community vaccination clinics, please call 410-228-0235 as locations and times vary.

Individuals age 12 and up are eligible for COVID-19 vaccination. There are now booster recommendations for all three COVID-19 vaccines. Eligible individuals can choose which booster shot to get. Please note: DCHD does not currently have J&J, but we are offering boosters of Pfizer and Moderna to:
- all J&J vaccine recipients at least 2 months after the single dose.
- individuals who received the Pfizer or Moderna series and are age 65+, 18+ with underlying medical conditions, or 18+ who work or live in high-risk settings at least 6 months after the second dose.

ATTENTION PARENTS OF 5-11 YEAR OLDS: Once approved by the CDC, DCHD will hold special Pfizer vaccine clinics for this age group. If you would like your child to be vaccinated, please complete our interest form for each child.

Did you lose your COVID-19 vaccination card or need proof of vaccination? Please visit MD.MyIR.net and complete the online form to view and print your official vaccination record for free.
