Dorchester County Health Dept. has a full time, contractual (no benefits) opening for a Comp Network Spec Trainee.  Required:  Bachelors in Comp Info Tech, Management Info Sys or other IT-related field form an accr. college or univ to incl. course work in local or WAN.  Desired:  CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ & CompTIA Security+ Certified.  Notes: 1) May sub. HS grad/GED + 18 mos exp converting data from proj. specs by preparing prog. code using gen. accepted computer prog. languages or other developmental tools; planning, installing & maintaining data comm. network lines & devices; or evaluating, implementing & maintaining comp. hardware & software for the req. ed. 2) May sub.                HS grad/GED + 15 credit hrs from an accr. college or univ in systems analysis & applications programs using gen. accepted comp. prog. languages or other dev. tools for the req. ed. 3) May sub.
